Job Description


Intel Foundry Services (IFS) is an independent foundry business that is established to meet our customers' unique product needs. With the first "Open System Foundry" model in the world, our combined offerings of wafer fabrication, advanced process, and packaging technology, chiplet, software, robust ecosystem, and assembly and test capabilities help our customers build their innovative silicon designs and deliver full end-to-end customizable products from Intel's secure, resilient and sustainable source of supply.

Responsible for accelerating revenue growth and profitability by developing business relationships with third parties to complete business unit platform/product portfolios and accomplish business unit strategic objectives. Drive complex business transactions from deal conception and negotiations to contract closure with companies which positively and significantly impact the business bottom line and/or competitive position. Establish deal structures and business models comprehending intellectual property concerns, licensing scope, statements of work, go to market strategies, etc. as appropriate for the business. Contribute to business strategy development or other strategic projects as appropriate.

Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.


Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science, with minimum 10+ years of experience in Technology Industry

9+ years in Foundry OSAT industry managing customer, supplier or partner relationships.

9+ years of direct experience in foundry OSAT business development, sales and customer relationship management.

5+ years of experience in managing sales teams.


Preferred Qualifications:

Broad technical background across the semiconductor domain, including a Degree in Engineering, with business acumen/experience, MBA preferred.

Business development experience including product positioning, messaging, competitive and market segment analysis, contract negotiations, pricing.

Established relationships with tier one HPC accounts such as the Cloud Service Providers and Networking and Storage companies.

Technical understanding of packaging, assembly and test as it relates to foundry business model and pricing.

Experienced in cross-functional and highly matrixed environments.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $136,750.00-$232,630.00
  • Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience


Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
